1. What Wanderoo is

Wanderoo helps you identify wildlife from photos, learn about what you find, and keep a personal catalog of your sightings. By creating an account or using Wanderoo, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Wanderoo. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete its data.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content

Photos you capture and sightings you log remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them solely to run Wanderoo for you - for example, sending a photo to our AI provider to produce an identification. Your catalog is private to your account.

5. Wildlife safety

Identifications and safety notes are AI-generated guidance, not a guarantee. They can be wrong. Always keep a respectful distance from wildlife, never feed or corner an animal, and follow local regulations and posted guidance. You are responsible for your own safety in the field.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use Wanderoo to harass wildlife or people.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful or that you don't have rights to.
• Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service.

7. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings - this permanently removes your profile, sightings, and photos. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Wanderoo evolves. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect.
